ScriptEd (www.scripted.org) equips students in under-resourced schools with the fundamental coding skills and professional experiences that together create access to careers in technology.

We bring our tuition-free program directly to schools, where classes are taught by a team of software developers on a volunteer basis. Our classes are typically held twice a week in our partner schools. ScriptEd programs in the Bay Area typically begin in September and run through May. Some of our classes are held in the morning (8:00-10:10) during the school day, and some are held after school hours (from 3:30 - 5:00 pm or from 4:00 - 5:30 pm).
